The laboratory has the following functions and tasks:

-         Experimental practice program for student’s Building and Industrial Construction

-         Undergraduate Research Students, master training: in 2017, Faculty of Construction opened the first the first master course of building and industrial construction.

-         Experimental research and experimentation on scientific and technological research subjects in Vinh university

-         To apply scientific and technological advances and technology transfer into production and daily life.

-      Experimental research on flexual strengthening reinforced concrete using carbon fiber reinforced Polymer sheets.
